Patrick, Personal Trainer at Aspria and specialist in functional training , has curated a short set of mobility exercises, which are excellent in maintaining the flexibility of your joints, preventing injuries as well as helping you achieve a better range of movement in your everyday life.

We recommend practicing this sequence of exercises on a daily basis, ideally early in the morning -though it can also be done at other times of the day as a way to recalibrate your posture after prolonged, strenuous work or study.
