Before the appointment:

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival may lead to a shorter treatment time but at your confirmed treatment price.
• Please notify our spa team of any health conditions or pregnancy within 7 days of your appointment.

Cancellation policy:

• We kindly require 24 hours' notice for any appointments or cancellations.
• Late notice will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of treatments booked.

Spa Day experiences only:

• Please arrive promptly at the scheduled time, as per your booking.
• You will be required to complete consultation documents and enjoy a club tour before you start your spa day. Late arrival may result in a shortened club usage.
• Non-members will be provided with a club card upon arrival.
• Credit can be added to the club card for the purchase of articles and services during your visit.
• Unused credit will be refunded upon departure from the club.

Spa Packages

• Spa Packages are valid for 6 months.
• Members can modify their appointment directly in the Webshop up to 24h before the appointment.
• Late notice (less than 24h prior to the appointment) will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of the treatment.

• The club reserves the right to replace the allocated court with another one of similar characteristics. We therefore recommend that you confirm your court at the club reception.

Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel a booking, you can do so directly via your account in the app or on the website. To do so, select Menu > My Account > My Reservations. A cancellation fee of €0.95 applies.
• If you wish to cancel your tee time at short notice due to rain, you can do so up to 60 minutes in advance by calling our club reception at +49 40 520 190 28.

Additional Information for Guests

Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience at Aspria:

• Check in at the club reception.
• Complete the guest form. If desired, we can store this form confidentially so that you only need to complete it once.
• Court rental includes the use of showers and changing rooms. Use of the rest of the club is not permitted. Additional club access can be purchased for € 20.
• Regulations for minors: Under 14 years only accompanied by a parent/guardian until 8:00 pm, ages 14–16 with parental consent until 8:00 pm, ages 16–18 with parental consent during all opening hours
• Bringing alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
• Please keep noise levels appropriate so that everyone can enjoy a respectful and considerate environment.
• Non-Aspria coaches are not permitted to provide training.
• Please note that playing your own music is not allowed – out of fairness and consideration for all players.
• When booking an outdoor court, there is no automatic entitlement to an indoor court if it becomes unplayable due to bad weather or wet or muddy conditions after rain. A last-minute change is only possible if indoor courts are available. We recommend reserving an indoor court in advance if the weather is uncertain.
• If you do not show up at the booked time and the reservation was not canceled in time, a no-show fee of €49 will be charged.
• Please always wear appropriate sports footwear on the court.

Booking Policy

• Bookings can be made up to one week (7 days) in advance.
• Bookings can be made online (valid upon receipt of the booking confirmation) or via the club reception.
• Either morning or afternoon sessions are available. You may drop off and pick up your child anytime within the booked session. Please note that the price is per session, regardless of how long the child stays with us within the allocated time.
• Parents must remain at the Club while the child is being looked after in the creche.
• Childcare is free of charge for Aspria members. The child receiving childcare must have an active membership.
• External children can use the childcare service for an additional charge of €10. Advance booking by telephone is required.

Before the appointment

• When dropping them off, please ensure children are clean and changed.
• Please note that children may not bring food into the creche - only something to drink.
• If feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not bring your child to the creche.
• Please ensure our teams are provided with all the necessary, up-to-date health and personal information on your child's form.

Cancellation policy

• Please cancel any booked childcare sessions at least 24 hours in advance. To do so, please contact us via email at academy.alstertal@aspria.de.

• Course contracts are terminated automatically upon completion of the contract period. We reserve the right to cancel any course up to 5 days prior to course start if the enrolment numbers are insufficient.
• Children who wish to graduate from bronze, silver, and gold courses and would like to receive a swimming badge need to complete the diving elements at an external swimming pool of their choice. Badges are awarded by us upon completion of all requirements.
  The costs for the final exams, badges and swimming passes are included in the total cost of the course.
• A processing fee of 15€ applies for all course changes occurring after the official start date. Courses are non-refundable after classes have started. However, we accept medical certificates if a child cannot participate in at least 4 consecutive classes. No alternative dates can be offered for missed classes at this point due to organizational reasons. If a member decides to cancel membership while the course is in session, the remaining classes will be billed at guest prices.

• All Aspria members have complimentary access to other Aspria clubs outside their own city.
• To redeem this benefit, please contact the Membership Services team in your own club ahead of your trip. They will notify your preferred club of your upcoming visit.
• As a result, please note our team will ask for your consent before they share your personal data with the club you are planning to visit.
• When visiting an alternative club outside of your home city for the first time, please remember to bring your Aspria card to prove your existing membership. You will be issued with a separate Aspria card to access the club you are visiting.
• Please note that you cannot use your membership card as a payment method for in-club purchases during your visit.
• You can bring a guest to the club you are visiting, with the purchase of a guest pass for that club.
• During your visit to another Aspria club, please note that there may be variations on which services are included in the membership and which require additional charge – ranging from parking facilities to towel allowance. Please ask our team about any differences in the club you are visiting.
• While visiting an alternative club, please adhere to their specific regulations.
