If you are interested in toning your upper body, Aspria instructors Caroline and Chady introduce you to their favourite 3 strength and conditioning exercises which will effectively target the muscles of your shoulders, your arms and your upper back – all of which you can do in the comfort of your home.

Each exercise is to be carried out for 30 seconds, alternating between the three exercises for a total circuit of 15 minutes. For the more experienced, this can be increased to up to 30 minutes. We recommend following this routine three times a week for optimal results.
